Ok Shawnna you are not in any way being put down for YOUR actions but 
rather it is the breeder that needs to be put on notice. This can be 
done by informing the RSPCA (American equivalent-of course) and the 
Chihuahua breeders assoc. This you can do over the computer. Noone 
else can do this unless they have had direct contact with her. Other 
buyers in the past have obviously not considered this. So it is 
basically up to you. Just email the appropriate authorities and they 
will deal with it. They do not have to be in your town or state. They 
just need to be told first hand from your experience. Otherwise the 
next litter may not be as lucky. With respect Furdion
