If I had a dog in Guilford County, I think I would mostly agree with
the poster below.  
Right now me and my dogs are on Manhattan Island here in New York
City, but are still subject to rabies innoculation law, even though
there has not been a case of canine rabies on this piece of rock and
concrete since the 1940's.
So we must each make our own decisions, no doubt.
Quite frankly,  there is a better chance that I will contract rabies
than that little Swee'Pea will.  So why don't I get the vaccination?
