My suggestion? Train him to use pee pads. These are readily available at
any pet food store and some grocery/drugstores, but I get mine much more
cheaply online from a seller on eBay.
If you look in the files section of this group's homepage, there's a folder
called "housebreaking tips" or "paper training tips," I can't remember
which, which I put there, containing a text file with my pee pad training
technique. There's also a file called "Dealing with a hostile/fearful dog"
which you might also try.
