Thanks for your two cents worth, Lisa.  I'm not knocking the AKC for
setting their standards.  Yes, I see where you're coming from.  I was
just simply stating my opinion.  You know what they say about th0se! 
lol

Some of my best pets have been mutts.  I know the pet population is out
of control....boy, do I know!  We live out in the country, and I've lost
count of all the animals that have been dumped up here by irresponsible
people.  Every one that we've ever taken in we  have had spayed or
neutered.

I just had a funny thought.  I guess it's a shame the government doesn't
set standards for people breeding?  Please, don't take that wrong, I'm
just trying to take the tension out of this discussion.  I really didn't
mean to start anything.
