Hi Kami,

You probably should have your vet evaluate her knees. I use a high 
quality blended for dogs glucosomine. I order mine from 
www.jeffers.com but you can find comperable brands at petco, 
petsupermarket or petsmart. I'm not sure where you are or what stores 
are in your area. As to massage techniques, I can't find the web link 
for the site but its called circle massage.
