We say this often DO NOT USE A COLLAR ON YOUR CHIHUAHUA. Its okay for
ornamentation but NOT for use to take them out in even to the toilet.
If the dog yanks on its collar to chase a bird or cat or other dog or
if when on the street a dog tries to attack your beloved then by
yanking on the collar you can A) Break its neck and or B) destroy or
damage irrepairably its trachea.
And if you ever have qualms about doing anything then dont do it That
is your intuition speaking and telling you that it would be wrong.
