First there is no such thing as a teacup chi. A chi is a chi is a chi. Only two kinds, the long coat and the short coat. So exactly what are you looking for? I know of a great breeder in Oregon Sheila

I'm hoping to get a chihuahua sometime in the next 2-3 months. I understand I may need to reserve one now. The problem is that I can't seem to get a single word of mouth reference for a reputable breeder. (Only one for a breeder of teacups, which isn't what we're looking for) Anyone know of real honest to goodness breeder in the Houston (and surrounding areas)? I mean, the paper is full of folks selling them off but I can even see in the pictures some of them post that their place is (ahem) less than ideal. Anyone? I've already begun collecting chihuahua gear and knitting tiny sweaters!
