Hi LLL and Anne, I have one coat for Max, which he only would wear when it would freeze. But we have the mildest winter I can remember, so he only wore it once, when it was just above freezing point and it rained.
In Holland people laugh about dogs in coats, when the temperature is not low enough, and dressing up is found to be ridiculous. I think that Max is about 5 pounds, but didn't weigh him yet. People don't recognize him as a Chi because they only know the ones that Paris Hilton had on the photos. And Max is bigger then that. And I think most dogs dressed in clothes look like they are embarrassed. LLL. Anne wrote: > What do you all think about dressing them up. My girls are smooth coat and bare, nekkid little bellies, so I do put warm sweaters on them if we're going outside in cold weather. Other than that, no, I don't dress them up. They don't particularly care for even their sweaters, and to be quite honest, I think dog clothes look just ridiculous.
