personally, I free feed all my chis and they have adapted to it and they eat what they want when they are hungry. Some people can't do that because they have overeaters, lol. But if you choose to free feed and start early, it usually works fine. Marsha\

I got him to eat a little dry dog food last night and this morning he wanted more. My hubby is the one that loves to feed him table food so I will have to train hubby along with puppy!! I have him already paper trained and he is very consistent with it so that is good. So are you saying that it's not good to leave dry food down for the dogs.? and instead I should give it to him when it's time to eat? How many times should I feed him. He is 4 months old and weighs a little over 3 lbs. Hugs, Patt http://pattscreationsmadness.blogspot.com/ "It is when we forget ourselves that we do things that will be remembered."
