I learned this from another group, but put my own spin on it. I use latex free
self sticking tape (like you would wrap around a splint or something on that
order I got mine at Eckert Drugstore - their brand). I cut 4 pieces (if doing
both ears) a little bit smaller than the ears. I then peel a breathright strip
and place it in the middle of one of the "ear" pieces and glue with Skin Bond
glue. I got the glue at Revivalanimal and then glue another "ear" piece on
top. IF the breathright strip is too long, trip and place the trimed part on
the top part of the ear piece for more support.

Let these dry for about an hour or two. Then when ready to put on your dogs
ear, clean with rubbing alcohol and let dry. When dry, put some glue on the
chi's ear (but hold him/her the whole time) and some glue on the "ear" piece
also. When tacky (usually about 15 minutes or so) place the ear piece on the
chi, hold and place. At this point I keep kneeding the tape to the ear for
about 5 minutes.

They don't like it, but do get used to it eventually. I keep it on for 2 -3
weeks. Please note that this cannot be removed without the remover for this
glue without hurting the dog. It is the same glue used for gluing health
devices on people.

You might be able to get it at a medical supply store, but not sure.
