No Julia I was refering to those dogs who lick excessively. I mean
when you think of it you always know within yourself the difference
between an affectionate moment(s)and a dog that continually licks or
shows some form of obsessive behaviour that warrants a second look.
And even though some may not agree when a dog licks you in certain
spots or at certain moments, the dog is seeking food and licking the
mother stimulates milk production, as sucking does to our own infants.
In Salomes case it is when I should be awake. She is telling me
Feeeeeeed meeeeeee! lol. But of course some kisses are just to say I
