We promise not to tell her it is a cat bed, lol. MY chi Joe (now gone to the bridge) also had a cat bed instead of a dog bed. He loved to lay inside of it....but I think once he got older, he learned it was a cat bed and got mad...he flattened the top down and laid on it instead!! lol. Joe lived to be 16 and passed away in 2003. I STILL have his bed...can't bring myself to get rid of it. Of course, it is too flattened for any of the other dogs to use it, so it sets ontop of my washer, almost as an everlasting memorial. Marsha
