To raise a puppy takes time and patience. It is like babies...the question is :
Can you handle two instead of one?? Having two pups it's not the same as having
two grown up dogs, they poop and pee twice everytime you feed them and are not
potty trainned so you must train them. They also eat, cry, get sick, need
vaccines, puppy pads, beds, food etc..... imagine all this X 2. If you're
willing to deal with all the responsability and the $$$ that comes with it,
then have fun X 2!!!! If you decide to have only one get an older puppy (<>3
months) and while you're out working, set a play pen for him, with food, water,
wee pads and a cat cradle (it works for me) Also leave the tv or radio on so
he/she doesn't feel alone. Have different toys to estimulate him/her while
you're gone. A kong is a plus!

I definitely say get two. I had two minpins and we had to have one
put down. We got two chis and they are so happy together. OUr min pin
loves them and plays with them like she is a puppy. You never have
to worry about leaving them alone. It has been so easy to train my
puppies. They are almost 3 months old and they never go on the floor
for pee and about 75% of the time to poop. AS you can tell i am a
proud chi mommy.
