Your right Amanda suing is extreme and often too quick to be threatened but
don't be fooled, this is a big deal.

Yet another vet acting like they're knowledgable about little dogs (and he
obviously knew naught if he even attempted to remove a healthy front dew claw,
no less actually did). He was blatantly uninformed.

Its not as innocent as the "wrong foot" Its worse: its on foot that should
never be touched this late without a problem!
Small thing maybe (that is if this little dog's life is not compromised) but
I'd be hard pressed to trust him for something more important.
Guss I'm just sick of feeling pushed around by these so-called authorities we
trust and feel know more than us, while in fact at times being betrayed by
this professonal non-chalance "oh its only a dew claw" mentality.

Subject: Re: [Chihuahuas] Dew Claw "SUING" talk

Oh geez, it's not like the vet amputated the wrong leg or the dog died. He
made a mistake, yes. He should appologize and maybe make it up in some way
(discount, refund perhaps). Sued? No! I would be very upset too, believe
me... I'd probably never go back again either. Suing isn't the answer to
everything.

But hey that's just my two cents. I'm kind of a laid back person anyways.
