Oh my, your picture was so large I thought it was a giant black space at the bottom of the note. I went back to it and saw the spitting image of Raul. Mother Nature works in mysterious ways. The flat coated Chi that won best of breed at Westminster, looked a lot like Raul and Mindy. They are both in good company.
About the picture size, try making it so on one side is bigger than 800 pi. That size seems perfect for e-mail. At least that is what the teacher said in my Photoshop Elements class.
