I do rescue so have a lot of experience with this type of thing.  What 
I would do is set the little ones up together (so they're not lonely) 
in the kitchen or bathroom.  Put a baby gate up at the door so they are 
confined to just that area.  There's tile floor, so if there is an 
accident - really easy to clean up.  Plus it's a big enough space to 
give them their food/water and toys and a blanket to snooze on.  I put 
a pee pad on the opposite end of the room - as far away from food and 
sleep as possible.  Helps with training.
