My daughter has a small Boston Bull Terrer that she has been told is in need of an opthamoligist to have eye surgery to either remove or put back his eye before it falls out. She is on very limited income as a single mom and only works part time. Is there any place she can call for Pet Financial Aide. She lives in Lake Worth Florida and is desperate. Thanks for any help.
