I concur that each Chi is an individual. My female Chi is absolutely the Alpha to our male. She plays and barks and flashes her teeth. She is very rough and tumble. The male will nibble her ear then duck down as she trounces him. But, if you tell her "enough," she immediately sits and wiggles her tail and butt.
