Yes, actually! But not quite as severe. My half chihuahua half rat terrior gets the chills and her breathing is raspy everytime she gets a vaccination. It usually only lasts a couple of hours for her but I'm sorry to hear about your puppy! You always feel bad for the poor little guys since they can't help themselves really!
