All chihuahuas need blankies. They snuggle under them just like we do. 
They will move if they have trouble. As for the breath try looking at 
her canine teeth and make sure theres only one. Some do not loose the 
baby teeth and it causes awful foul breath. If this is not the case have 
your dr. check it out.
