I think I see the problem. Where you are seeing the words talking about fraud
ect.....that is not referring to your email post per se....that was something
that was automatically posted by someone else email program letting that person
know that their own email program could not verify the post and thus they
should be careful of frauds, phishing, spam, ect.....

*Platinum 2007 has detected that this email
could be spoofed Take maximum precautions, as spoofed emails could be the sign
of a fraud attempt.

Platinum 2007 is apparently either the email program or the ISP of someone. The
"warning" is an automatic notice from the ISP/email program. It went to someone
else's email only to let them know that since it couldn't verify, they need to
be careful. It really is no different than when we often see the words "spam"
in the heading of post...it just means that someone's email flagged it as
possible spam. This was definitely not something intended against you. :-) a
lot of yahoo groups emails go to member's possible spam folders. Someone just
has their security setting really high, lol

The part that says my email about the chihuahua
needing a home might be fraud. I promise that it is
not a fraud or a hoax, there is a female chi that is
needing a new home quickly. The owner had to relocate
quickly and I have been given permission from my
landlord to keep the dog for two weeks to try and find
  her a new home.
