He is still a baby. It is not too early to be trying to potty train him, but it 
is much to early to give up on him. His little bladder just isn;t able to hold 
it all yet. I think someone has posted some housebreaking hints in the files. 
Go to the files section and read that and see if any of the suggestions 
help.....

Make sure he is crated when he can not be supervised. Always take him to his 
proper potty place about 10 minutes after he has eaten or drank. Praise like 
crazy when he does go. Quickly clean any accidents. during play time, take him 
out at  intervals and give a one word command (like potty or something) keep a 
short leash on him while out to potty to encourage him to go and not to 
explore. watch for signs that he is trying to go inside and quickly take him 
out or to the pad or whatever. Number one rule...patience!
