You can actually get scales pretty cheap on ebay. I got a digital scale that
goes up to 6 pounds for weighing pups. The one I got came with a little bowl I
could place the pups in for safety and I think I gave like $22 shipping and
all. IT weights in 10th of oz's

When I got Penny at 5 mts old, 4 lbs, the breeder said she wouldn't grow much
more, but we shall see. My daughter was over yesterday and she says she has
grown since I got her, but I don't see it. I think I have had her 1 month now.
I need some baby scales....lol

My girl, Cricket got weighed at the vet yesterday. She only weighs 3.4
pounds and she is 6 months old now. I hope she gets a little bigger because I
was planning on breeding her when she is old enough. I was hoping she would
get up to about 5 pounds but she is still tiny. Anyone know if she is still
young enough to continue to grow?

she would be willing to send a link of AJ.

I have attached a pic of both here for those who get their post in
individual emails.

well, I am expecting pups this weekend who should be in that
size range! lol. OF course, it would be awhile before they are ready to go.
Momma is 3 pounds, daddy is 2 and a half. This will be a first litter for momma
and while daddy has a couple other litters, they are all still babies, so can't
guarantee how they will be as adults, but expecting small. :-)
I can't wait!! IT will be my first l/c litter!

yes jeannie, when i leave its more of the howling screaming
and its
very loud. because of cheekas size i was worried about
finding
another dog as small as her to adopt, so im considering just
getting
another puppy. its just hard to even find breeders with
puppies that
turn out to be cheekas size (3 lbs 10 ounces full grown) that
are in
my price range. i paid only $580 for cheeka! her breeder
doesnt have
                  n e pups now!
