I'm glad to know that my response is normal. Isn't it amazing when
things are going badly, how isolated we feel. I agree, my dog makes
me go outside when I walk him and I often run into other dog owners
that I see everday and they and their dogs cheer me up. I just hate
how helpless periods in life like this feel. I feel like I won't get
through it and that things will never be right again- now I know this
isn't true and that's what I keep remidning myself- that I will feel
better, eventually.
I totally think I'm going to have a good cry with my doggie. I have
been trying to give him extra hugs and I love yous because I can
sense that he senses that I'm so darn tense.
