hello!! we went from a trailer to the motorhome....the trailer was
about 60 x 12....the motorhome is 29 x 8 (i think that is what it
is...maybe not that wide), when we were in the trailer, they would run
around the living room/dining room (they were the front room), but
only went into the kitchen (second room) to steal the catfood, there
were 2 steps up to the kitchen & then 2 steps on the otherside to get
down the hall (the bedrooms & bath were down the hall).... the furnace
was right by the steps there, & i think it scared them with the noise
so they just never went down the hall (i had to carry them down the
hall to the bed, if i tried to leave them in the front room, they
would whine, & whine & whine!!!)....we had sliding glass doors as our
front door, & they use to love to hide under the curtains & sun
bathe....now i guess they will have to lay on the passenger floorboard
& get the sun from the little window that is there (like you see on
some big trucks, it is to help with visiblity so you do not run over
little 4 wheelers....lol)...when i took them outside they would really
run!!! they loved running in big circles, like they had a little
mini-greyhound race track out there....if it ever warms up here, i
will let them run in my daughter's back yard, it is about 8 times the
size of the yard we had (but then we did not need a big back yard, nor
did we want one...too much work)....when we get south, they will just
have to settle for walking on the leash, or continue with the running
in the motorhome (the floor space is about 2 x 10 in the
dining/kitchen/living room)...it is so funny to watch them trying not
to run into each other....lol....LORD bless!!!
