For pets only, that may be so, but when you show or breed, it is important that the ears be up to standard. I have always allowed mine to progress naturally. This is my first taping and really, I am just tired of waiting because Cayenne's litter mate has such big ears completely standing for months. Marsha

My guy (and many others I've heard from all of you) had the floppy ear thing going until he was almost ten months old. Sometimes lefty, sometimes righty, sometimes both straight then both floppy. Why menace a guy with tape? How do we really know its not bothersome? In my very humble opinion it seems excessive and to me a bit insensitive to the wee one. best, michelle and henry in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, NY ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ AOL now offers free email to everyone.
