I had Banfield and had big problems. My location started having problems with their Vet, they reduced their hours to 4 days a week, 6 hours a day. I was always at work when they were open. My girls needed shots, thank god no emergencies! Head office told me I could not go to a different location, contracts were location specific. After about 4 months they closed all together and I didn't even know about it for 30 days, they didn't even bother to notify me. When I called the head office I was told my contract had been moved to another location on the other side of the city, and I could continue there. If something happened to one of the girls I would not want to drive 45 min. to get them taken care of. I ended up getting their shots and canceling. It was not worth the money I had paid in, considering all the frustration and the concern of what if something big happened.
