I would check with the vet. Mine gave me 3 pain pills for Cody and he was
fine. Never acted like it bothered him. Kind of quiet and laid around the one
evening but the next day good as new! The stitches dissolved so didn't even
have to go back!

My 5 pound / 6 month old chi Eddie got neutered yesterday morning and
is it 24 hours later and he has not slept or stopped crying since i
brought him home. He looks like he is badly bruised? Is this
common. I am not sure if this is because he is small or what, but i
am just not sure and it so sad to see my little baby crying!
