Yesterday I shipped a westie puppy to a girl in Illinois.
He had been wormed for hooks and rounds and had a 5 in 1 shot.
Today she calls me and says I sold her a 'bad' dog. That she had taken
him to the vet and the vet found a tape worm. I tried to explain it wasn't that
bad that tapeworms result from fleas.
The she says the puppy has loose stools and the vet is checking for
parvo and other things.
The puppy was fine when he left here.
She's wanting me to pay the vet bill and if she wants pay the puppy's
way back here and give her money back.
My contract covers this pretty well I think.
What would you all do?
Hoping you have some ideas.
