I cannot help with the contract info though my dog's health was guaranteed for
a year (not that I'd think of giving him back EVER.
I just wanted to mention to not try to save time or money and allow your vet,
or the breeder or their vet to administer shots in multiples. Get one shot at a
time spaced out reasonably.
