And, of course, change the bedding frequently to kill the hatching eggs.
A new bed or box might help too. Then wash the old bed before u give it
back to her. I have covers on my beds, but if I had fleas I would wash
the whole bed in my washing machine on gentle cycle. My Mom lost all but
1 kitten in a litter because of fleas, so u r right to be concerned. Do
what u can quick.

I just went in to check Hunney and her babies one week old.
They are literally crawling with fleas. Afraid the fleas are going
to kill them and Hunney was abit sluggish at eating her
