Ahhh I see . Yeah it is hard to find a vet , There is so many of them but to
trust them with our babies . I know . I have been to 3 different vets and
finnially found one that i like . It is even harder when you just move and you
really dont know where any one is or how might be good in that area . I might
suggest Benafield for a vet if you have one where you are . That is where i
take both of my babies (dogs ) , Sorry that I cant help you any further . I
just thought i would throw my 2 cents in ... Hope all goes well for you and
Trin .( and her babies ) You will have to keep us updated on how she is . And
the little problem with the father !

Actually, we just moved and I have been looking for a new local
vet to take them both to for their yearly stuff and to have on hand with Trin’s
new delicate condition. I wanted to take a little time to talk to some local
folks for their opinions before choosing a new vet. This situation just popped
up today and since this is my first time with puppies on the way, I was
wondering if anyone else had a similar experience.

It seems that Trinity is about half way though her pregnancy. She
is doing great She started to lose that runway model waist line she normally
sports about a week ago, and I have calculated a due date of first week of
June. All seemed well and I started her on one tblsp of First Born milk since
she is a small eater about three days ago. This morning Jay, the dad, started,
uumm, getting in the mood with her and continued to try to hump her. Not
aggressively or even getting to a point that he could do anything. Just
putting his paws on her back and pushing at her. I worry that he will hurt her
and/or the pups. They are normally best buds in a non-sexual way. Should I
separate them when we can’t watch them. I also noticed about four drops of
what appeared to be red/blood on Trin’s pee pad. Any thoughts as to what might
be going on? As I type they are both just sleeping side by side.

    Thanks, Patricia
