hi, i've had my little boy chicuahua since he was a puppy. recently i
have moved from an apartment complex to a house with 15 acres. my
little doggy is always outside. before i moved he was all tan, with a
little bit of black on his back. now his whole back is basically
black, underneath his arm pits is all black and also on his belly and
by his butt. is this normal? or should i take him to the vet. i dont
know if its his skin changing becuase he is outside in the sun all day
or if something is wrong. does anyone know?
