PLEASE do not leave your chi outside unattended for even a second! A hawk or
other large predator bird can come down and scoop the pup up in a second! When
mine are outside they're on harness/leashes and I do not take my eyes off of
them for a second. All it would take would be a second for a predator to snatch
a little dog.
If I were you, I'd get rid of that man. How can a little tiny dog make a
house smell?
