The pit is no longer around. They got rid of him probably a month after the incident with the dachshund. I wanted my brother to do something about it, like make sure they got him a new dog or something, but my nephew is just a teen and his dad, my brother, wouldn't let him "cause trouble" with the neighbors. But, for some reason (maybe complaints of other neighbors?) they got rid of the pit. Marsha
