Hi, well I watched it, it was about a min pin as you probably know, and the plaintiff lost because he was negligent in having his dog chipped and/or id collar so it ended up in the pound/shelter injured and was rescued etc., in the time in the pound it was neutered and that is what he was upset about because he wanted to breed the dog.
Judge Judy reamed him out for not having any id on the dog etc. and had no sympathy for his claim damages for the dog being neutered, as he did get his dog back!
