No, don't break it up... that's how my dogs play.. if one of them is very tired and other want to play with him/her, he/she will growl.. that means he/she doesn't want to play. Blackie is very lazy.. sometimes she growls.. I often tell both of them to stop and they will stop and I will play with Max. Max is very playful. :)
