I had the same problem with one of my little girls when she first came home.
I kept trying to get small food to give her, but she wouldn't touch it. She
found some of the Cresteds food on the floor and began devouring it! It was
so big, I thought she wouldn't eat it, but she loves it. I feed the
Cresteds Exceed Chicken and Rice and all the Chis love it. It is sold only
at Sam's in 44lb bags or you can order smaller quantities through me.

Subject: [Chihuahuas] My puppy doesn't like his food anymore!

Hi all. I have an 8 1/2 week old female chi and a 13 week old male chi. My
13 week old won't touch his food anymore. I had him on Eukonoba small breed
puppy along with Cesar Puppy when I first brought him home at 7 1/2weeks,
but he didn't like it, so I switched him over to Puppy Chow brand kibble,
and he ate it for a few weeks, but now he doesn't want it either! I thought
maybe he was just jealous of me bringing home the new puppy at first, but I
dunno if thats pheasable to think that! I read in a book somewhere that you
can give your chi cottage cheese, yogurt, stuff like that. So I gave him a
little cottage cheese this morning and he ate every bite of it! But I don't
want to give him only cottage cheese! Any advice on what to feed him?

Suggestions on brands of food/ type, etc? Any advice would be helpful right
now! Sincerely, Tara
