The Sun City West veterinarian accused of animal abuse was back to
business as usual by Wednesday.
"He is so busy today, it's not even funny," said Donna Warner, a friend
who was fielding public relations for the veterinarian at the Sun City
West Animal Hospital, 13576 W. Camino Del Sol.
Dr. Joshua Winston was unavailable to comment because his schedule was
completely booked, Warner said.
