Cindy,  You are right, I am wrong, there are a lot of things vets can 
find and take care of in a dog or puppy.  I try to take care of 
things myself and have spent a lot at vets in the past, just to have 
some kill my dogs for various reasons, like wrong anesthetic or wrong 
shot or who knows.
