Yes Venus they have to be very closely watched cause they are so frightened because of the abuse they have suffered at the hands of others. When I lost my sheltie one time I make flyers with her picture and put them in everyone's mailbox and offered a small reward. That's how I got her back plus mentioning she was prone to seizures. Perhaps if you tell them in this flyer he has been abused and he is finally rescued ? It may make someone think and they will give him back. I am praying,,,I know he is cared and your heart is breaking. Please let us know. By the way our Peggy was gone 2 weeks befor a neighbor one block away gave her back. So DON'T LOSE HOPE !
