HOW CAN PEOPLE POSSIBLY BELIEVE HE IS INNOCENT WITH TWO WITNESSES???? 
I know, I'm yelling , sorry - don't think being cahrged is ENOUGH - 
at least it's a start - He is D** lucky it was not my dog, not sure 
if I could control myself!! How awful!
