LOL, I don't know why I did it, but I registered Elsa and Bessie with AKC, even though I spayed them (and knew I was spaying them) ... I guess because my parents always registered every dog they had, even if they didn't plan on ever breeding them. Shell

The babies will have to be CKC. AKC wont register them unless both

Continental Kennel Club, although if the dog was from/in Canada it could
be Canadian Kennel Club. I also think I have seen Chihuahua Kennel Club.
I am just not sure how to register the babies, since both parents are
registered to different associations????
I'm Canadian but I live in Frederick MD..have been in the US for 4 years
now

As a Brit, what does CKC stand for? Is it still an acceptable
registration for showing? (Just curious)!

I have two Chihuahuas, one is CKC the other is AKC..I still have not
received the papers. I have talked to a couple of people that said it
took almost a year for them to get their papers.
Also, what then do I register the puppies as?
Thanks
