That hurt me about the Shih Tzu Puppy, since I've been owning and loving shih tzus for 20 years - they are too sweet and cuddly and loveable to be treated that way, why didn't somebody take care of this little one - why wouldn't somebody buy it and care for it? Are they so expensive that nobody could afford them? Jeannine
