To get your dog used to the den or crate or box , or whatever you want
to call it you have to associate with good things.
First get them used to walking in and out of it, throw a treat in
there or toys. So once there used to maybe put some clothes or
blankets in there as well make it comfortable. Put it in an area
where you stay as well so your dog can see you. Then once there
comfortable in it.. try closing it for a few seconds at first. And if
they whine or bark, just turn your back on them, and once they stop,
let them out and give them a treat so they associate being quite is a
good behavior. Start increasing the time, and eventually they should
be ok
