*sigh* well, you know...I'm kind of irritated about this one because it says
"but because she is unable to be placed in out adoption program we will have to
euthanize her if we are unable to find a rescue for her"
I phoned about the dog, got pics of her. She is in heat, I would like to help
but I get told that the dog would have to be spayed at my cost and I just don't
have 125$ right now.
I'm not sure what the difference between rescue and adoption is but all I can
think of is rescuing the dog from euthanization.

Ingrid is a 7ish white with black spots female chihuaua who was picked up
as a stray by animal control. She has been at our shelter for over 7 days (
the standard length of time to hold strays) and no one has come to claim her
she is not adjusting well to our shelter and we are unable to place her up for
adoption. She try's to bite, I don't know if it is because of being in the
stressful environment of the shelter or not, but because she is unable to be
placed in out adoption program we will have to euthanize her if we are unable
