My five year ola female chi started refusing meat five
days ago. I have three of them about the same age. The
meat they get is oven roasted chicken (roasted at
home).The males do eat dry dog food and I am about to
get Chihuahua 28 at Petco.They don't like any of the
commercial caned dogfoods. I tried them all.Before the
female stopped eating meat, she would get diarrhea
after she ate it anf it was very dark in color. She
would have normal stools only if she also ate some
bread (which she likes.Now she sniffs at the chicken
but refuses to eat it. She gulps up salad and tomatoes
and some fruit and does eat some bread. Has anybody
had this problem? I need help.She is a great companion
and I love her very much.
