Welcome Toshia and Tater Tot. I am Gloria and I live in Central Texas with a 7 mo old long coat named Cesar. He falls in the rowdy category, I hope he calms as he gets older! He's smart and quiet, very seldom barks and when he does, he has a raspy little voice. He's the first Chihuahua I have ever been around and I am learning more and more about him daily, he is a joy to me. Gloria
