Just saw this same type of problem with a Vizla on TV with the Dog Whisperer. He told the owners to keep the dog on a leash (not a collar for chis) and everytime the dog barks or goes after someone, you make a "sheeh" sound and jerk the leash. He said you have to become the boss of your domain and let the dog know that he/she is okay and you will take care of anyone coming into your home. Same with outside, jerk and correct the dog and practice practice practice. Anyway, hope this helps you and others.....looked good on TV.
