Subject: [Chihuahuas] strawberry marks again this time on his belly

View full sizeHenry had strawberry marks (little welts) on his testicles some
time ago which was dismissed as irritation (rug burns so to speak).
He has one again this time on his belly and its about a half inch in diameter
sort of redder at the perimeter to make a bullseye. He's also not eating
today.(thats could just be a coincidence but he's usually a good eater)
Any thoughts welcome... a picture is attached
